PVC Pipe Monitoring System
- Pipe from extruder is cut to length of 6 mtrs with accuracy of 1 mm & dropped by tilting unit.
- Special cushioning pads are used on collecting cradle.
- Cradle gets positioned accurately.
- Pipe checked for parameters as per selected Type, Class and Diameter.
- Recipe management is built in.
- Okay and Out of range pipes segregated at unloading station.
- PLC is used for Recipe management, Monitoring, Control & Real Time Data collection. Data storage capacity for 15 hours. Max. Production @ 4 pipes per Minute.
