Hydraulic Press Control Panel Hydraulic press was controlled for it's stroke to control thickness of product. Stroke accuracy was achieved within +/- 20 microns in product thickness of 8 mm to 40 mm. Product thickness was settable. Panel was also controlling pressure, mould activities, product ejection, product transfer etc. Linear scale was used for stroke measurement.
All the PRESS PROBLEMS WERE TAKEN IN TO CONSIDERATION while designing the system.
